Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and 1CNY VPN (the Service Provider) covering the download, installation, registration, and use of the App and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the App, nor may you misuse trademarks or other brand assets related to the Service. We may adjust features, pricing, or service scope as the product evolves, and we will communicate material changes where appropriate. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure and for avoiding jailbreak, root, or similar actions that weaken system security.

The Service may include essential third-party components and infrastructure. When you use those functions, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

The App depends on a working network connection. If the Service cannot be used because of device arrears, data caps, poor signal, roaming charges, or carrier restrictions, we are generally not responsible for the resulting costs or losses. Before using the App, make sure you understand the relevant network charges and billing obligations.

You are responsible for your own use of the Service, including keeping your device powered, your network available, and your client version supported. We try to provide accurate route and status information, but some underlying data comes from third-party network or data-center partners, so we are not liable for indirect losses arising from those sources. To maintain compatibility and security, you agree to install updates when needed.
